Antalya, Aydin and Mugla Increases In Land Prices
Land prices raise
Whenever the price of land is announced it will undoubtedly draw much attention amongst real estate companies. The increase in the exchange rate in the cost of housing production has a knock on effect and so causes an increase in the prices of construction materials.
According to some real estate valuation platforms, residential land increased by 60% on average and by 12% throughout Turkey as a whole.
Antalya proved to be the province with the highest increase in land value, followed by Aydin, whilst Istanbul remains the province with the highest sales price per square metre.
Percentage Rises in the Last Year
- Antalya 120% increase and price per metre 1.34TL
- Aydin 120% increase and price per metre 963TL
- Istanbul 85% increase and price per metre 1.546TL
The highest increase in land values was Mugla with an increase of 203%
