The villa project is built on 14.500 m2 plot od land. Each duplex villa has an interior space of 450 m2 and may be used as a 4+2 or 5+1 depending on demand. Each house is fully made of natural stone and wood and includes gardens ranging in size from 1.000 m2 to 1.450 m2 as well as private pools of 70 m2.
