The customer is invited to an information tour for the projects they are interested in.

After a brief city information tour, a project tour is conducted.

After determining the property to be purchased, the buyer and seller are brought together to make a contract.

If a completed apartment is purchased, the title deed process is completed; if it is in the project phase, the title deed process is initiated.
