One was in Sariyer called Kocataş Residence and the other one was Burhaneddin Residence in Yenikoy. These types of property are so few in the Bosphorus, therefore, their price is so high. I can maybe count one more residence that I can qualify as a seaside palace and that would be Zeki Paşa Residence. These types of properties attract a serious amount of demand. Properties that large families can live are highly demanded. "
