There are three wonderful units available within this project, all with similar floor plans of 1 bedroom, 40 square metre apartments with spacious 12 square meter balconies in Block 5.

The first apartment is located on the ground floor, facing north-east, towards the Dipkarpaz peninsula.

The other two are situated on the 1st floor, both facing south, towards the city of Famagusta
