Adana is one of the prominent provinces located South-east of Turkey. The city has over two million people. Adana has no shore, but it has a lake with Mediterranean weather. Adana is famous for its kebab’s, sujuk, shalgam and börek. We would like to warn you that the food is very spicy so if you are not a big fan of spicy food, make sure to ask your food with less spice.

We have good news for you. If you like these foods and want to try all of them where they are made initially, there is a festival just for that! At the Adana Food Festival, you can enjoy 2 days full of eating tasty traditional food. The festival is celebrated in October when the weather is not so hot.
