At the very beginning... 2002 - The climate on the real estate market was changing, and a decision was made to move the main office to Alanya. The reason was that the small city became extremely popular among Norwegian citizens. People from northern countries liked the region for its longest season, hot summers and mild winters.
We moved to Alanya 2003 - Additionally, hiring and renting of apartments and villas was one aspect of the company's operations. The more this business grew, the more obvious the profitability of investments in the Alanya real estate market became. The company started a partnership with one of Norway's real estate agencies. Summer Home made deals for selling two semi-detached villas in order to rent them out in the future.
Deals with Norwegian customers 2004 - The first contracts and well-thought-out after-sales service gave Summer Home a good chance to build a solid reputation and continue establishing international partnerships. Although the standards were high, we overcame difficulties and, with the help of our experience and creativity, we were able to understand foreign clients. We began to focus on European market demands.
European market and its high standards 2005 - The company began to focus on the primary real estate market. This step allowed the agency to obtain better information about real estate project constructions and to work only with high-quality properties. Additionally, this new strategy helped to improve the reputation.
